Do not ever use it

I will give a zero start if I could. Food never arrived on time takes for every for you to get your food. Don’t use it if you don’t want to wait for hours and not getting anything. The estimate time is not correct. When you talk to the customer service they told you a different estimate time which is much longer than what you atucally see on the app. They blame you for not updating the app. Don’t use it. Stay away from it !!!!

Avoid if you can

worst food delivery app in the world. Some delivery persons didn’t even know how to use Google/google map. Lots of delivery problems occurred while using it. Avoid it if you can. There’re plenty of other delivery options if you love Asian food.

Extremely bad experience to use RICEPO in Philly. I will never use that if I am not a Weee membership!!! Follow up. ..Bad delivery system but good customer service!

Horrible service

An order which is only 10 mins drive from my place takes about 1 hour and a half. rude customer service too who doesn’t answer any questions but asks you to keep waiting.
