Not able to save photos

I just renewed my subscription, but I’m having problems saving edited photos. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but still the same. Help a girl out pls because this is the only editor I like to use.

Stole my money

I had purchased pomelo pro they took my money and then asked me every time I opened the app to buy it again or start a free trial even though I had already purchased it.
