I got this to help me train with my new CI. It seemed to work OK at first but now is super buggy. No audio. I’ve tried all their troubleshooting on the webpage, un-installing and re-installing the app, even calling the phone number on their website, which was a non-operational number. I’ve tried streaming the audio through Bluetooth speakers, through the Android itself, etc etc. The app only speaks a word aloud maybe an 1/8 if the time if you’re lucky. Dismal functionality and even worse customer support (non-existent). I’d give this zero stars if I could.
Since the recent update, the app is too small for my vision. The app doesn’t fill the whole screen anymore. Android X. Fix this bug please.
Love this app! This audiologist recommend me to use this when my CI activated and I have been use this since! I was hoping if I can find more apps to use that’s similar this one!
