Penguin Diner 3D: Cooking Game for Android

I’ve loved Penguin Diner games ever since I played the first one when it was the only game out out of the three. What kept me playing the first game was the super satisfying sounds of the skates, customers, plates, etc. The story also kept me entertained. And to top it all off, it was free!! With Penguin Diner 3, the satisfying sounds are all there, and I love that they are. However, the problem is that, like many, many other reviews have been saying, the game is very much a Pay 2 Play. It’s very difficult to get enough gems/diamonds to be able to afford upgrades that are vital in helping you beat challenges that give you MORE gems. Of course, you can watch ads, but they only give you 2 for each ad you watch. Even the challenges themselves only usually give 6 gems (I say usually because they sometimes give outfit stuff instead). And the majority of the upgrades cost 30 gems and up. So, coins, another currency in the game, isn’t a problem, the gems are. Another problem, which kinda ties back to the other problem, is that you have to beat challenges to get the third star in a game day (you get 2 stars for getting to the expert level amount of income for that day). And since you can’t beat challenges w/o gems, you can’t advance forward because at some point, the game requires you to have a specific amount of stars to play the next day. The only way to do that is with upgrades that require 30+ gems which we don’t get easily. To get them, you have to watch A LOT of ads that, like I said before, only give 2 gems each. To sum everything up, this game has a lot of potential. It’s fun and satisfying, but you have to Pay 2 Play. Unfortunately, I would ultimately say that it’s a waste of your time if you aren’t looking to spend money/watch ads for gems.

This sequel is definitely cuter and deeper. But is it just me whose phone burns up after three levels, even if it can run other detailed games like Animal Jam without that happening so quickly?

When I first got the game, I had the older version. (The first version) and later on it was like rlly fun I saw the recommendation and I was a lil sketchy but I got it either way. Best idea I’ve had in years! It’s super duper fun and it’s A LOT more detailed than the first version. I definitely recommend getting it. Unlike other people I never really worry about the gems or coins. That might be cause I just got the game but otherwise I don’t really have any bad stuff to talk about the game! It’s so fun so definitely get it if you want a more detailed version of the game. It’s also a bit funner than the other game since you can customize your penguin.

This is a very fun game however you need stars to move to the next days, and to get those extra stars you have to purchase stuff that are ridiculously expensive, it wont let you progress if you dont. So pls lower the amount of stars needed to move onto the next day 3/5 honestly i don’t recommend
