Why it dosen’t work anymore? i paid for it!
Missing premiere brands such as Tarte. Also get an error message most of the time when I try to check batch codes, so it’s useless.
It keeps saying “Cannot Check the Code Internal application error. Please try again later.” This message pops up every single time you try to check a code. The same message always pops up no matter what brand the item is, type of item, or date/time of the day that you search. This is not a one off time. Every single item cannot be searched. And it’s been going on for at least a year. There is no app support. The company cannot be contacted. And there is no contact information. This app is a waste of space, time, and money since it is unusable in its current state. It feels like the company gave up on wanting to update the app with batch codes. Which is the whole purpose of the app. But the company seems to be willing to still take the money of its customers for purchases. Even though the app is unusable and there’s no contact information for us to alert them to fix the issues. Do not purchase the app in its current state. It’s basically a scam at this point. Until they are able to and want to resolve the current issues, do not buy it.
I recall that I paid few dollars for the app, but it's not working when I want to check a Chanel batch code. Not to mention that A lot of brands is missing from the very beginning.
I downloaded the app specifically to obtain manufacture dates so I can figure out expiration dates. I sell on eBay and have to provide accurate information on my listings. I tried 5 different products: 2 from same cosmetic line and 3 from different ones. Every single one said that there was an internal error and information not found. The brands I tried are extremely well known. They were in their product search but that was it. I don’t know how this app has any positive reviews. It does not work!
