Soothe for Android

I’ve had over 80 soothe massages since 2016 and the quality of both the therapists and the customer service has gone down so much I will be going somewhere else. Last night I had a massage from a completely unlicensed therapist and tried to call CS for help. They hang up on you and only want to text. I tried escalating to get help from a person who is obviously some VA overseas who can’t help and doesn’t want to. “Rosemary” said she will look into it in the next 72 hours, which is absolutely unacceptable and they have lost my business forever.

Soothe could not get confirmation from my requested pro even after 3 days of booking. I wouldnt mind a decline / cancelation etc. in time. Now - i had to cancel the appointment the afternoon before (appointment was next morning), money is ofcourse blocked and wont be refunded for 3-10 business days and ofcourse i have to reschedule everything, including other appointments. What a hassle.

Service is terrible. I have had so many appointments not fulfilled or cancelled/no-show after being assigned. Soothe needs to decide if they are customer oriented or not. I find a therapist everytime who actually shows up with Zeel. Now if only I could get someone to show up to use my account credits I’ve got stored up so I can kick Soothe to the curb….

Well ordered a couples massage w 2 therapists at same time, and they just simply sent one to service both back to back as if that was what I paid for smh. So now they have the balls to offer a $20 refund on a $300 service like that’s enough to cover the fact that I wanted me and my wife to get our FIRST MASSSGE TOGETHER!!!! Not back to back as you want and not the customers!!! NEVER AGAIN🙏
