am still learning how to use this app. However, I have been using this for quite awhile and all of a sudden I can not access any online document. NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. I reset my internet signal and let my wifi go back to normal. tried to logged back in and it wouldn't let me. I get some notice that says need to request permission from owner. I am the only one who uses this app and this computer. So ya'll need to explain this.
Zoho writer is by FAR the best word processor ever created. They also listen to your feedback. I reported a bug that had the app crashing ever 15 seconds, and it was fixed a few days later. Thanks Zoho team! Keep up the great work!
I downloaded this app, then went to start using it, and could NOT ‘create account’. The only option was to sign in, which I couldn’t do since I didn’t have an account yet. Unfortunate. I really need a word doc. - frustrated
This app is very glitchy! I typed a whole 3 pages of notes, and it stopped working. Not cool! I'm glad it was a free app, otherwise I would ask for a full refund. Complete waste of time.
I can’t get the documents to open. The screen where I can choose to make a new document shows uo, however when I pick a new document it doesn’t work and it shuts down
