Straight garbage product backed by garbage support

Well, will NEVER use their low quality products. It is clear that they have no idea how to build an access control system. Have several clients as every single one has issues. Finally ripped it out and replace it and problems gone. Very expensive lesson. They used to be a good company but stay away and save yourself the hassle. We moved to PDK cloud access and are very happy!
