Hidden charges

I felt like the charge for this App was not at all visible when I was exploring it. Did not know what I had been charged until I got a $69.99 credit card charge for a premium account which apparently is their default. So really pay attention to what you are ordering…lesson learned. I have contacted them about a refund so if they provide excellent customer service I might rate them higher for that. Also, the languages I need this for most are Dari and Pashto and this App does not provide verbal translation in those languages, so basically nothing beyond what I can access with Google Translate. This is unfortunate as many of the refugees I work with who speak those languages are not literate in them. The cost would have been totally worth it if verbal translation was accessible for them.
