The Circuit Laundry app lets you top up your Circuit app account* in seconds, and then you're good to go... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, scan a machine's QR code and select the programme you want to start - job done! Your credit will be adjusted automatically so you'll always have your circuit account balance to hand.
2. The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.
3. You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at [email protected] with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded.
4. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.
5. * Please note that your Circuit app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website.

won’t let me register

horrible. i try to register and it says there’s an error and to try again in a few minutes. horrible app and i haven’t even started using it.

worst app of all time

had the most frustrating experience with this app. every time i’d try to use a machine it would literally scam me and charge me even though it said the machine was broken. then two seconds later it would work and charge me again. i tried to get a refund back to my original payment method and they just gave me £30 in credit which i am now unable to use and will be going to waste because there’s no way i’m paying £3 to get a REFUND. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! just go to a freaking laundromat at this point.

Outages galore

I fairly confident that this app has not actually worked correctly in the full month that I’ve been forced to use it. Today it went down in the middle of my load of clothes meaning wet clothes and no way to dry them. I was also told by the Help Chat that the machine would take coins. They don’t. Of course, whatever minor inconvenience but if you’re looking for an app with a smooth laundry process, this AINT it.

Worst app I’ve ever used

So far I’ve had to use this app for two weeks—over that two weeks it’s stolen £25 from me (charges my card but never updates the app), doesn’t work half the time, and has TERRIBLE customer service that takes hours to get through to and never fixes anything. If you’re a company/landlord looking for a laundry service DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
