Letroca Word Race for Android

I loved this game, but then it stopped working a few months ago. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading it again, but no luck.

It's been almost 2 weeks since my game "connect to the internet", but everything else is working fine at home, work, etc. What gives?

I love this game. I only gave 3 stars because I have tried to contact developers but they have not answered. The app won’t load and I keep getting a message that I am not connected to the internet. I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times.

Did Fanatee fold up shop or something? The Word Race app, which had worked just fine for years, now isn’t able to connect to the internet on my relatively new Mobile seventh generation while everything else on my Mobile works just fine. I tried reinstalling the app about 50 times but keep getting the “not able to connect to the internet” message. I contacted customer support over a week ago about the issue and got no response. I see someone else with the same issue contacted Fanatee and got no response. I guess they don’t care about their customers. I’ll go and support companies that do.

I’ve played Word Race daily for several years and play with a number of long-time regular users. A few days ago my app stopped working; error message says “unable to connect to the Internet.” Everything else in my house connects to the Internet. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it. I’ve rebooted the phone. I let the power run down then tried to app as the phone was charging, as your FAQ recommends. I have the latest version of Word Race; my Android is updated. I’ve contacted Customer Service x 2, and emailed x 3. NO RESPONSE. This post is a last resort to ask for help. I miss my game.
