Disappointing

App stop using Face ID that was set up and will not allow me to change my password

Not terribly useful

There are a number of items that show up in the interface that don’t really mean anything. Why is there no way to turn off generator remotely? As long as daylight saving time is a thing, why doesn’t the system update time? It’s connected to the internet. Why is there no real time measure of draw on the unit? It would be nice to know as appliances are turned off/on how close your are to max. The nickname thing is ridiculous. It’s like you don’t really want this information.

Can’t add generator

When I enter serial # for my generator, it doesn’t recognize it.

Excellent app, even better generator

The app does everything can can expect. It’s basically a remote for the device settings and I was able to run a loaded test easily. I love that when I clicked start, I heard it startup in a second or two. Also power was never disrupted at all. As my dad told me now that I have the Kohler generator, there may never be another power outage here in Cincinnati.
