The absolute worst app I’ve ever used. Will return camera just because of the inconvenience of this app.
I bought the card reader because this app is trash. But went on a trip and forgot it and I can’t transfer photos to my phone. I’m giving this app another 1 star review. It doesn’t work. I emailed support. They don’t care.
Fujifilm such a rich history and legacy in the camera industry. This app is doing disservice to the all the great cameras that the fuji lineup has. My X100v is just a fantastic camera, but the image transfer process through this app has been a nightmare. Please Fujifilm dont deter people from using Fujifilm cameras because of a camera app which is such a simple thing to develop and get it right.
Fuji makes some of the best cameras I’ve ever used, but their app is perhaps the most frustrating experience I can imagine. Unusable.
Can’t get the app to connect unless I follow a series of steps with exact timing and under certain circumstances.
