This app continues to underperform!! The location I go to sells salad, all the time, but it’s not available on the app. Got a BOGO pizza offer? Be prepared to pay full price. I can drive to the Schlotzsky’s and back twice and never get parts of the app to pull their head out. It’s clunky, it doesn’t know which end is up, and it makes me HIGHLY tempted to forget about saving time by using their app, going there (giving them desperately needed business, because they’re barely staying open), to get their food. Yikes, and at an economic toilet bowl of a time we’re finding ourselves in now…!! Do the corporate/app people even care about their franchisees?! Help your people out and get a better app!!
Had to ask for napkins - the counter was out. Had to ask for silverware. They don’t have the Bacon Grilled Cheese like on the google menu website for Schlotzky’s.
Kakatelyn was very friendly & jeplful
They always take great care of us. We come here every Tuesday. We just love Jess! Betty is wonderful also. All the staff is great and the turkey original is the bomb!
