Once this was a great app for monitoring and refilling my prescriptions. Since updates, it nearly takes an act of congress just log in.
This app used to work without any issues but ever since the last update it is awful!!! When you try to login it acts like it’s going to take you to the main screen but doesn’t. It just goes back to the login screen. You have to try to login 5-6 times before it will open the app and that is if you are lucky. There have been days that I couldn’t even get the app to open. Please send out an updated version of this app so we don’t have to continue to go through this!!!
This app is pretty great when it actually works. My only gripe is the list of prescriptions do tend to get cluttered, especially with expired scripts. But the biggest problem is getting it to work at all. Even when it is working properly, the login screen takes forever to get past. No matter how many times you click login it will just stay frozen there most times. And when it is working properly it is still very buggy and very slow.
This app is not very helpful. Needs to list medications that are ready and in progress.
Scan always returns an error, even though the number scanned is perfectly correct. Manual entry of the same number works!
