Can’t return after attachments opened

Every time I open an attachment I cannot get back to the app. Not a useful email app.

The app does not work nor does Support

I was able to sign in one time then I could not sign in again. Tried a reset password thru chat and link did not work. Paid 30 dollars for mobile app that does not work and I was on support that pops up fast and leaves you hanging once Ryan response he will not answer you again during chat. Tried for a refund thru chat and no answer. Saved chat for future reviews

Completely useless

Doesn’t work on Android at all. Basically it’s an app that makes it harder to log into a web based email account. No notifications of emails, won’t stay logged in. Waste of time and money. Good luck if you expect it to work.

Not User Friendly. At All.

I went with Thexyz.com after needing and researching secure email servers. While it remains to be seen how secure this service is, the App is a nightmare to use, and, despite being very tech savvy I simply cannot get my Android to recognize the Thexyz.com email, so I cannot access it through the “mail” function either. So far, a nightmare.
