After getting a new phone, I no longer have access to what I’ve paid for. my other paid apps all work just fine. I double checked my purchase history to make sure I bought it under this Google ID and I did. I’ve read some other reviews and saw this happened to someone else. I can show proof of purchase. Can someone please correct this?
Don’t buy this app doesn’t have sound big disappointment for my kid who loves to watch peekaboo.
For some reason this happens a lot with baby first apps, we pay for the app then it locks us out again with no memory of our payment.
My baby loved this app so much, I paid to get the extra levels. Literally every minute, a pop-up stops him from playing and he brings the Mobile to me crying for help to X out so he can continue his game.
I didn't know it was $3.99. They just charged me after asking me to confirm and click a button. Nowhere sid I see it was $3.99. What a ripoff. I'm kind of mad.
