Wasted my money

Doesn’t seem to do anything. I import the files okay, but converting just hangs. Edit: After various trials, I have been able to make some audiobook files. Converting a TXT file seems to hang, but I have had luck off-and-on with converting RTF and EPUB files (sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t). I have only been able to get AIFF files though, not MP3. Also, the support form on the developers‘ site also seems to hang. I have emailed them, so let’s see what I hear.
