      Might as well do this on your own without the app. Instructions and instructors are terrible. Never been so lost as I was with the so called "starting out" or whatever.

    • Not bad but not great for super newbies

      Nothing like trying to jump rope for one minute to show how out of shape you are! I wish the videos were a bit slower for the beginners so I didn't feel so utterly insignificant but I'm sure if I stick to it ill see the difference.
