I agree with the other reviews. This app works and is very helpful, but it is difficult to log on. Purchases won’t restore. I was given a temp password , but all it did was get me to the home page and no further, 2 weeks and I am waiting for another response. Seriously?? Not cheap for the app and they need much better support responses.
Loved the app until it quit working. I can’t log in after paying for a year subscription. It’s been 3 months & only one answer from tech support saying it was an upgrade issue & to go to the Facebook group for updates. The group hasn’t been updated since 2018 so that wasn’t helpful either. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money like I did.
I am writing to tell you how upsetting it is that I am unable to play the glasses off app after only two days. It logged me out and the screen will not let me type in an email or password. I paid a lot for this app and it is just unbelievable that it is such a poorly developed app for the price. Also, the exercises were exactly the same both days I used it and I’m not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be. Please fix the app so I can log in and get my moneys worth.
Just don’t buy it. You will get your hopes high because this app indeed works wonders. Until it doesn’t. And not because the method doesn’t work. Rather, it’s developers never update it to the new iOS or don’t fix its glitches and so more often than not, you end up paying for an app that is unusable and all the progress made is wasted by months of wait for them to fix it.
There have been multiple times where I’ve renewed my subscription, only for the app to tell me that my subscription is expired. The app developer hasn’t been responsive to my inquires about this. When I’m able to access the app, it works well, but when I can’t access the app consistently, it’s hard to maintain those vision gains.
