I purchased a Lumu Power Light Meter in 2017 and it’s been working great till the past two months. I’m able to connect the device to my phone and it seems like it’s working, but the color temp readout option doesn’t appear any more. I tried re-installing the firmware on the device from the app, then restore purchases, and even tried to buy the color temp option again. No luck. Contacted support three times now, and have not gotten a reply. Used to be a great product and app, however it’s gone south. Look elsewhere if you want to have a product that lasts. Sad.
I like the simplicity of this app and the minimalistic design. The only thing that I would like to see is aperture priority mode.
I ordered the Lumu light meter with the lightning connector. They said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and they are not responding to my emails.
Waste of time and money. Poor user interface
I ordered a Lumu Power 2 on May 16, 2021. It’s now August 26, 2021 and I still don’t have the meter and the company has not responded to my many requests for assistance. I suspect they’ve gone out of business and have taken my $299 with them. Do not buy this app or their devices. They’re now a ghost ship.
