Snapwire’s concept looks good but unfortunately it just doesn’t work. It could be it’s just an old and outdated app. I heard about it on YouTube as a way to have a side hustle with photography and connect with other artists. The first problem right away is it says you can connect your Adobe CC. I went through the connection process and just got an X next to where I’m supposed to be able to upload. No explanation and no opportunity to try to reconnect. So, I opted to download from Adobe to my phone and upload from my photo album. That seemed to work until I got to about 30 photos and then the app kept on quitting. I closed it, and re-opened reinstalled it…everything I could think of to no avail. With both these issues I wrote to their support on the app, which says they would reply in a few hours. 10 days later, and still no response. I messaged the app on Facebook. still no response. Very disappointing to say the least. I hope they can get their act together.
