Love how companies sell products and then update you with a subscription requirement that adds a cumulative hundreds to thousands in cost for a simple thing like a light timer. Site won’t even let me register or send me a reset password link. Junk.

I bought a piggy bank and found out I would need to subscribe to use the counting feature. I doubt I will even put $5 in change in it to pay the monthly fee. Not worth it!

I bought this hub and down loaded the app to control the Wink app about 5 years ago. In the last year my extensive purchase and the associated devices (light bulbs, thermostat, etc) have been rendered useless as Wink has required Wink hub to now pay a monthly service which I did not agree to do when I bought the hub years ago. Now certain lights in my home can no longer be controlled. My kitchen light has been on for an entire year! Multiple emails to Wink have been completely ignored. Not one response. Do Not Buy Wink products or the Wink App.

Purchase wink hub for my smart bulbs a, outlets and other security items only to find that it requires a $5 monthly subscription. The subscription cost is not listed any where on the product. Misleading customers to purchase and hub is non refundable after purchase. Complete waste of $100. Do not buy unless your comfortable paying the monthly fee to turn on lights

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months. Through emails too wink and through my credit card. Still being charged!!!! 😡
