Needs updating

I use to love this app, until it finally stopped working, I can’t get my monthly financial reports anymore and it’s tax season which makes it even worse! I finally started using my gloss genius account since this happened and I’m adapting pretty well. They really need to fix the glitches with this app and do some updating! Lost me as a customer..

Loss of data

After many years of using this app. I lost all my data even after backing up to the cloud. The new version of iOS doesn’t support the app. Google tells me to contact the developer. It takes you to a u-tube site There’s no way of even reaching this developer yet Google continues to sell it. I have lost 200 appointments customer data, the list goes on. If I could give Google and this App a zero I would.

Wouldn’t recommend

I’ve used this app for years. One 2 separate occasions I have lost ALL of my information. No one to help. I don’t know why I didn’t learn my lesson the first time…

Terrible

I'm just an independent chair renter just trying to make a living so I depended in this app to keep me organized.Lost ALL my data when I had to get a new Mobile. It was devastating and heard nothing back from support when I contacted them. Doesn’t sync with phone. Would rate it lower if I could.
