Rinse has been a life saver! I had tried laundry services before but clothes never came back folded nicely. My clothes were folded nicer than when I do my own laundry (and I am very particular)! They come in your own black duffel bag - with socks matched! Also, the dry cleaning for dress shirts and pants is fabulous, as well!

I have lived in my NYC apartment for 22 years and have tried every possible wash and fold laundry service possible. This is by far the best service I have ever tried. They are reliable. They treat my clothes with care. And they are convenient. I’m so happy to have found them-honestly it has been life changing for me, because I was unhappy with wash and fold laundry services for 21 years prior to discovering them last year. I wish their dry cleaning service was a little less expensive though, and dry cleaning only worth it for me if I accumulate a lot of dry cleaning.

This service is super reliable and responsive online. I hate doing laundry, not knowing if washers are available, clean, crabby neighbors. This is just pack and hand off/pick up. It’s not cheap but worth it to me.

I love having clothes picked up and washed, then folded and brought back to me. It’s the best thing ever! I send my kids school uniforms and all my linens. I can never get the hang of Rinse’s pricing, I thought I was paying for 2 pick ups a month but I actually paid for two BAGS a month. Which is nothing considering how fast kids get dirty. I’m a little annoyed that the delivery and pick ups are only at night. I had an entire bag of clean laundry stolen off my porch since I was asleep when it was delivered.
