it's a hidden feature, but once I wiped out an entire note, I was able to get it back
First of all, this is an excellent app anyway.. But its the customer service that makes it really 5 star. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I had accidently put a paragraph at the bottom of a note where the tags are supposed to go so I had all these tags that were made up of words from that sentence and couldn't figure out how to delete the ones that had a period after the word or had a dash in the middle. Customer service DID NOT GIVE UP. They wrote back with a video of how they were able to do it but I still couldn't do it on Android Catalina, or using Chrome, but the fourth time they sent a solution it worked. Usually when I write a FREE app about a problem I don't even get a reply, but Simple Note was immediately engaged in solving my problem and continued to work on it for me until it was solved. HIGHLY RECOMMENED
I am a simple man, I don't need almost any formatting or fancy power-user features. This app is near perfect, I love the history feature! Thank you so much for creating this note app!
The app doesn't support RTL (Right-to-left) such as Arabic languages properly.
It randomly signs you out automatically if you don't use the app for a while and when you log in back, your notes would be disaapeared. It happened twice to me.
