Definitely this app needs to be updated, I’m kinda surprised that Guess has not looked into this?..very odd I love the cloths but disappointing that it won’t save my wish lists or size I chose, I can’t even edit or update my own account info from the app. Even my credit card info is never saved I always have to enter it. So frustrating, shopping is supposed to be relaxing.
Listen… The design and layout for this app is so outdated! It doesn’t even fill the whole screen on my Pro Max. It’s like it’s made for the Android 4S. This is solely the reason why I don't use it to make purchases online. It’s as if you only want me to go to a physical store to buy something (during a pandemic). Your GUESS, I’m more than sure you have the funds to prioritize this issue an have it updated immediately to join us in 2021. At this point, I’ll uninstall the app but once you take this feedback and finally decide to make the change… Please notify me and maybe I’ll be able to buy something online now with my Android.
Takes too long to load and the check out process is terrible. I would have to purchase online not using the app at times. I still love the clothes.

I always love shopping from Guess but this time checking out is a big problem it always says log in and reset password!!!!! Pls fix it!!!!
