Voice recording is only complaint

Most of the app works beautifully. I very much enjoy the features and the security. My only complaint about it is that the voice message feature is no good. Almost every time I play a voice recording that someone sent to me, the app crashes. If I play someone else’s voice message, it will play through without crashing maybe 10% of the time. I always have to force quit the app and relaunch it. It is quite annoying. The app displays this exact same issue on both of my iPhones (which are two different models), so it is clearly not my device.

Doesn't wok

Doesn't work with my Mobile 9.3.5 Why do apps not tell you if a paid subscription is a one and done or monthly or annually? $5.99 for what period? I have sent a number of questions to their support staff (user community) several months ago. No response. For instance, 1) It doesn't appear that I can hide the groups I join. I have groups I belong to that I might not want a prospective employer to be privy to. 2)How do I use an alias screen name versus my real name? 3) Why do they not give premium users access to direct support? They still need to rely on community users? 4). I am an adult. If I want to view Porn, where is that option? It simply blocks naked photos received with no way I can see that I can change settings I am going to check out Signal.
