This app is super easy to use, you just take a pic of of your food and gives you feedback on your meals like symptoms it may cause. You can also track your mood and stool so overtime you’ll learn the effect that some foods have on your body. They also have all the studies and you are able to ready the articles for more information. Definitely recommend!
