This is really frustrating as I was really looking forward to using the map and reservation features on this app, but it mislead me to believe my hotel was here. Really disappointing, hoping this gets fixed in future updates!
If you want to access your reservations forget about it! You have to go through multiple windows and log in every time you open the app. Easier to forego the app and just go to the website on your browser.
This app is not working for this hotel. Barcelo Bavaro Beach or Barcelo Bavaro Palace. It would be nice to view hotel before traveling there
I just downloaded this and the app doesn’t work. The main screen opens and says “loading” but nothing ever happens. 👎
Trying to view the Barceló Maya Palace but it says “this hotel will be available soon” for 2weeks now. Please fix
