Soho House for Android

This app is incredibly frustrating. I love the experience of our Houses, but the app makes it super difficult to plan or schedule events across different clubs. I can only book events at two of the Houses in Los Angeles, and all others appears as “House Members” only without allowing me to book them, even though I’m a House member. And of course, reaching out to support or membership goes nowhere unfortunately.

My app has been giving me an error message and I am unable to access anything in the app. IT tried to help me but their suggestions have not helped whatsoever. It’s very frustrating to be unable to make reservations, book events, etc. at all without being able to access the app. Very poor quality…

Soho house app review App is horrible and now they’ve managed to reset the ratings so it’s “5 stars” when it’s actually a lot lower if you look at the written reviews. The app is bad because it’s their lousy web site embedded into an app! Guess they’re trying to save money by developing one bad thing that works across web, iOS, and android. Given they just raised annual membership dues 12% and IPOed it’s disappointing. Some Issues: 1) Navigation is horrible, confusing, and inconsistent. 2) the event list doesn’t properly update so I keep missing event sign ups! This has been going on now for a year. 3) Locations for events you select doesn’t stick. So you have to keep re-selecting the location to include their events. For example it keeps removing soho home or work locations so i have to re-select them. Or if I accidentally select soho Nashville it wont stop displaying the location after i remove it 4) House Pay rarely works and the interface is awkward. 5) if you have multiple alerts you can’t clear/remove the top alert from the list. I could go on but what’s the point they never respond nor make any changes to actually improve the app experience.

Ugh. For something that is supposed to be a luxury service/club, the app and online experience is consistently terrible. Sure they make look pretty but the functionality is spotty at best. The house I like to stay at routinely shows no availability for six months at a time - yet send them an email and you find it’s actually incorrect and there’s tons of availability. How and why does this keep happening? Constantly showing incorrect information makes the app totally irrelevant. Also - why are you sending me an email link to sign in when it’s fewer steps to just use your password and pretty much every phone and computer gives you the option to save that information.

you can’t get much farther than the home screen without it exiting out.
