It has promise as a very light-weight editor, but several bugs prevent me from giving it a solid review. It’s too pricey an app to recommend until it has better fit and finish.
It looks nice I’ll give it that and I really enjoy the minimalism so I was excited when I first got it, but its flukes aren’t worth it and I ended up switching to Komodo Edit which is $5.99 cheaper than this app. Occasionally, usually after copying and pasting, the editor will glitch and freeze up leaving fragments of code and screwing with line numbers causing me to close and reopen, even though most of the time it will let you save. But its a pain when you have to change the working directory every time it opens. Also the default language is plain text so I keep having to switch to c++ even though that is the only language I am currently using. Recommendations for developers: in settings have a default directory and a default language. Also fix the glitches as well as the highlighted keyword glitches where words go in and out of being highlighted, then maybe I’ll switch back.
The naviator view menue is still not working. Waste of my money.
