I can’t even get past registration, when I did now it says my information is incorrect. Waste of my money wish I would have known before I bought the 2 Wi-Fi sticks at 56 each. What a waste… Dont bother save your sanity.

I love this app and the ability it gives me to have real-time information no matter where I am. The only problem I have found recently is that the network times out quite often and the app can be buggy to the point where it has no longer continued to add up the total amount of storage. I wish they would update the app so it can run like it did when I downloaded it.

LED’s on the data logger bling blue, my router shows it’s connected, but it just refuses to show online in any growatt app.

There is such a good potential for this app but the lagging for real-time data makes it unusable. I turn my machine off and it continues to report that it’s on and unable to detect whether the machine is online or not. It’s unfortunate that the app and the data logger on the machine Hass to be tied to the companies server. I thought I was buying something that was local and did not have to register my machine and provide all the data and my network information.

Connecting the USB WiFi module took way more effort than it should have. The included instructions were for a different model. Now that it is communicating, the App is pretty good. For some reason it doesn’t capture weather information, even though I entered my address.
