The design of this app is very creative, I love how you could control the rain intensity by swiping up or down. But the app will not play in the background when the phone screen is turned off which makes the app unusable for me at night. I can't keep the screen on for 8 hours straight as it will drain the battery and cause screen burn in.
The app is ok and I bought the “premium” upgrade. It is just too quiet! Whatever kind of volume restriction they’ve put on this is just too much. I try to use these with my sleep headphones and I can really just barely hear it.
All though I am disappointed to see that the developers don’t seem to care much about or feedback. I absolutely love the app I download it anytime I get a new device and I have the premium features I agree with some of the others I’ve seen that have commented here saying it would be nice if the app played in the background without having to constantly have it open. However I have tried countless rain apps and this is by far my favorite I would recommend this to friends and family any day.
Nice clean app with sort of easy controls but you have to figure them out. This app will be open and on your screen when it is active. Supposedly this will not damage or hurt your screen. I wish the Just Rain people would tell you that. Google says it is OK.
As someone who adores rain but lives somewhere as dry as Arizona, this is hands down the best app I have ever used
