Over priced and under powered service

I just doubled my payment, received a new transmitter & have LESS connectivity than before. The comcast suggestion was that I buy more transmitters from Amazon to improve connectivity. I complained to my local government, and THEY got the run around from comcast people all over the nation. I have attempted to return to my former lower payment, with no luck. Terrible terrible customer service, go elsewhere if you can.

Worst customer service EVER

I have been trying unsuccessfully since March 30th to get my account issues resolved.. I have called so many times I have lost track. When my phone line was repaired I was given a new number, now I have two accounts!! My contract was renewed March 30th at a lower rate, not only am I still being charged the higher amount, last month I was billed twice.. everyone I speak with is pleasant, helpful and assures me the issue has been resolved.. But it hasn't.. Getting connected to a real person is ridiculous!!
