Don’t use this app to buy anything other than the gasoline. Many of the gas stations don’t update the availability of car washes etc. and you’ll have to chase down a refund when you discover that the thing you purchased on this app is not available at the gas station
Trying to log in, forgot password, reset link sent to email NEVER comes through. Called customer service to unblock my account, they resend the password reset link, I reset my password, but Says an unexpected error has occurred, call customer service to get it straightened out….again and again. Nothing.
There is no telling why it doesn’t work. I’ve written to Exxon, they offer no help. Often the employees don’t know they even accept it. What happens is your purchase gets authorized, but turn the pump on and it doesn’t pump. The auth shows up on the phone. Go inside and it works fine but you don’t get the 3% for using the app. Sometimes it works.

You are no longer able to check out and pay with a credit card through the app. I have tried on two 2022 iPhones, and 2 Androids. Was a great app when it worked. Check out function within the app always fails.
