Update this app! We need to be able to save progress on projects, some of the stickers should update too, I mean a New Years sticker set should still say 2019 in 2022. Just update it. I’ve been using it for close to 9 years now but it really needs an update overall. Kind of got me shopping around for a better program and I’ve dumped some $ into the extras here but still …

Been using this app for years but now I have to delete and reinstall to clear out the previous project. Please fix the bugs!

I used to use this app DAILY, but for at least two years it’s nearly unusable. The photo album takes f o r e v e r to load. So long that I can’t give an accurate quote; I give up after 3-4 mins! The only possible way I can use it is to select “open current project” and clear that project, but I can’t change the background photo or paper as it requires opening the photo albums! Another issue that’s more of an annoyance than an obstacle, is that it is not formatted for the dark view setting, rendering many of the thumbnails impossible to view unless I go in and change the view in settings. When the dark view was initially released, it didn’t seem like a huge deal. It takes time to work those things out. But for it to still be this way is ridiculous. It’s hard to fathom that NO one else has ever notified support about this. I wouldn’t concern myself with trying to get this app fixed if it was simply a matter of purchasing an app that is no longer supported. But with Rhonna’s Designs, I have bought SO MANY packs of sticker, paper, font, etc that it’s infuriating that I can’t use the app. What’s worse than that is there are still regular updates of packs to purchase! It would be one thing if the app isn’t working b/c it’s not supported by anyone, but in this scenario there’s the appearance that the only work put into the app is what will bring in money, not to make the app functional to those who have bought TONS of packs over the years. PLEASE fix the issue with the album not loading. My husband works in software engineering and app development and he says there’s nothing wrong in my end. I want to be able to use the packs I’ve amassed and by offering new items to buy, the expectation is that the should be accessible!

I purchased a pacts on this app, but I deleted the app a while ago, and after I downloaded it again I can’t find them nor restore them! And this is really frustrating, I really hope this issue get fixed, because I did read this issue at the reviews, and I’m wondering if the developers really care about us.

this is a must have app! I've made so many ordinary pictures look amazing and my friends always comment on them:)
