I cant finish the game because glitch
I paid for the full version for both my phone and Mobile.it will only get me to the End of 5-1 on my phone.
This game brought back a lot of great memories. But unfortunately it crashes every time I launched a saved game. Wish I never bought it! For the record, I’m using an Android XS on iOS 12.2.
Technologically speaking, this looks great on iOS, despite a few bland and repetitive environments. I had a couple of corrupt save files. I addressed this by replaying the latest stage or the one before and continuing through. Nothing permanently broke the game. For Duke Nukem fans, all the cheesy 80s-90s humor involving Duke kicking more alien butt is here on full display. Story 5/5. The platforming game style feels like a step back from the full 3D Duke games we are used to, but it is an adaptation that works well on mobile. Unfortunately, there are a few bugs with jumping, grabbing platforms, and bouncing off enemies. Duke can also only fire in 3 directions and weapons are the only way to hurt enemies. Also, there is almost no strategy to fighting. Just fire first, preferably with a pipebomb on a higher platform, and keep moving so you don't get shot by an offscreen enemy. Gameplay 2/5 The sound is what you would expect. Bland ambient background music. Gun blasts, and John St. John's stellar voiceovers for Duke. Sound 4/5 The presentation is what really hurts it for me. Although technically impressive for high res textures and full 3D environments, it has a very sixth console generation appearance involving a lot of bland repetition. Also, the character models are fairly low poly. There is some variety between locations - Streets, Club, Subway, but each slog on too long with the repetition. With so many artistically presented 3D mobile and mobile platform games available today, I cannot forgive this. Presentation 2/5 This is a game I cannot ignore as a Duke fan, but if it wasn't a Duke game, I'd probably write it off as a Playstation 2 Era novelty at best. Overall 3/5
