App is incredibly difficult to navigate. There is no clear indicator of how to access mental health help. Once you do find it you have to create several different accounts instead of just the one for this app. This app is useless if you cannot find and access the care you are supposed to find through it. This app, although filled with great content, is so ridiculously slow. It’s 2022. The app is annoying to use because of how slow it is. I mean come on, how can you not optimize your app to run at an even halfway decent speed. This app needs major revisions to run at an acceptable speed.

I’ve tried a couple of times to access this app since my workplace paid for it for all employees but I can’t past the homepage. It takes way too long to load and actually makes me more stressed — definitely the opposite of its purpose. Pass.

I can’t participate in my work challenge with my Garmin watch. Only integrates with Fitbit or your phone. I walk up and down stairs all day without my phone. There is not an option to enter a daily number using honor system.

I expected the call to be confidential and I was just trying to talk to someone. However, after spending 10min on the call being solicited personal information including name, date of birth, phone number, email, and zip code (twice, once by the auto system and once by the counselor), it seemed like the counselor was not online anymore. There was no sound after I checked multiple times. Very frustrating for me. But the good thing was I cried after that. That helped me relieve some pressure. Lol.
