Channel Scan Crashes App

Channel scanning finds 100+ stations, but crashes app after finishing scanning. No channels are saved so you repeat channel scanning over and over again. Please fix.

Channel scan doesn’t work … come on Amazon!!!!

Pathetic. Try using the app to watch live tv and it says no channels. Scan for channels and it finds it by when you go back to channels list, it’s downstream show any channels. No support at amazon for this app.

Horrible!!!!

Used to work great. They keep making changes and now it is useless most of the time! Get the Basics Right first & Stop Creating Problems that didn’t exist. Unbelievable. Spent too much money and nonsense plus time on Amazon devices and Fire. AI stands for artificial intelligence and not ain’t intelligent!!!

Channel Scan does not work

Same as others. After performing the channel scan, I am unable to view any live tv channels.

I scan 80 channels when I do the channel scan but then the channels don’t load after that. I can’t watch live tv, I can only watch my recordings.
