Freeletics for Android

There is loose and vague terms in the subscription details that allows freeletics to renew your account and subscription automatically without your approval. Once flagged they won’t and refuse to refund you. Their costume support has not been helpful or willing to look into the issue. Account has been deactivated since 2019 and in 2022 automatically sign me up for a coach and took money without my permission or and agreement. Highly encourage to reread your subscriptions as they don’t stay true to their word of the 14 day refund when it is this responsibility. Will be encouraging people to leave this subscription and business model.

I am 60 years old and now I look so much better than 10 years ago. I have been working out for 2 years. Freeletics is my best friend.

If you decide to subscribe to this app be very careful of their auto renew policy. They do not provide any type of warning before they auto-renew each year. I thought I had canceled this app yet they continue to bill my credit card. I’ve tried to contact their support and they won’t respond. This is a very shady company. I personally would never do business with them again.

I’m using Freeletics for years now, yet I can’t find an email I can write directly to if I have an issue. Why? Why isn’t there customers service ?

Freeletics provides me with an awesome challenge each day. I have used Freeletics for several years and just love it. I actively practice Krav Maga 2 days/week for 2 hours/workout. On my other days, my virtual coach challenges me to the core and helps me to stay in shape.
