Worst app ever!!

Just bought my B650-XT headset after reading many reviews online. The Blue Parrot button tells me to download the app to configure my headset. I did and the app is just worthless. No real information on how to use the headset. I cannot hands-free dial, etc. Worthless!!!

Update aren’t working

On the latest version of iOS this app just shows a blank screen after downloading the firmware. So I’m unable to update the device.

Horrible app horrible customer service!!!

I have 650 it gets disconnected it cant update gets errors this is not even cheap how can I sue this company !!!

Crashes

This app is absolute trash. $200+ for headsets and the app constantly crashes. Can’t even update the firmware cause after it supposedly “Downloads the update” all I get is a blank white screen and then the app crashes. This is garbage. The whole team needs to be fired.
