The app has great potential…has simplified the betting process without the arrogance of FanDuel. When it works, it is great—unfortunately the amount of technical problems (mainly server crashes) is downright oppressive. And the “market is not accepting wagers” message is infuriating when you spent 15 minutes crafting a parley (which are oddly capped size wise). Thrillzz is going to be great—hopefully soon.

Before this, I've never had a problem with the app, however, I made a 3 leg NBA prop entry, I'm actively watching the game live to make sure I'm either getting them right or wrong, and by the time the games were done, all my 3 legs were ended with the correct stat line i put the over/under on. When I log onto the app to check, they marked my entry as a loss, but all show correct on the slip. It's the most annoying thing ever since I've never had this problem on other apps. Also, they don't offer live support, so I had to email them about this whole situation and it has been over 3 hours without a response. So, not sure when I'll be getting helped or if I'll even get any help.

Been using for about 3-4 weeks . All. Around app is great . I’ve had a couple issues with my picks being graded incorrectly contacted support within 24-48 hours it’s fixed . Withdrawal are instant . And they have a wide variety of stuff to bet on . I do wish they had a little bit more promos or specials but I’m sure that will come in the future . Overall good app and would keep it at a 5 star .

They are not gonna give you your referral bonus if you are gonna refer a household member,like sibling/spouce/parents…. Completely ridiculous,stay away,there are dozens of apps where you can spend your money and they will appreciate you more than them

Update customer service fixed the problem but I just hope I can cash out
