I'm glad I found this app! It’s so relaxing and beautiful!! I use this app every day before bedtime It’s so helpful.

It’s not every day that you come across an app that is both simple and enthralling, effective and intentional, resonant and logical, as well as inviting and engaging at a core soul level, but Affirmament is that app. The morning of the birth of my first child, I found myself in a frazzled space seeking spiritual aid. I was so thankful to have a loving, calming voice, soothing imagery and compelling breaths encouraging me to focus on both the present moment and the “something wonderful” that was going to “happen to me today.” Sitting in the low glow of the salt lamp with my supportive husband by my side, I labored for what felt like an eternity on the yoga ball. Playing this app, I could breathe into the pain, and truly feel that something transforming and beautiful was occurring, and I attribute my optimistic outlook and focused breathing to this godsend of an app. I would like to see future features with a “dragon/candle blowing breath”as that seemed to have been the only kind of breathing that could stop the pain. Thank you wonderful loving forces that have brought this beautiful and helpful aid to the world, my only hope would be that it could reach people faster than this moment.
