After the first major update, users have lots of free options. The app crashes after 5 minutes of use, so there are some issues to solve. But now it’s a decent app at least!
A lot of the issues I had when the app first came out are fixed.
After the latest update, I can now say this wallpaper app is a little greedy than before. Ads were removed from the explore feed and and provided the wallpaper isn’t part of the premium program, you can download high-res wallpapers by watching a 30 second ad. The problem is I’m not impressed with the low quality free wallpapers and the premium subscrition is still ridiculusly priced. If I were MB, I’d get the app removed, re-tooled, and released as a high quality Panels 2.0 that warrants having the MB name attached to it. Two things I would change in terms of UI is the app icon (unimpressive) and the requirement to select five artists who I have no idea about.
I must say that even though you’re paying a premium, this app offers a wide variety of high-quality and visually appealing wallpapers that you won’t find elsewhere. Considering its purpose, I would say this app is quite good
I don’t know why this has a low rating. The features and art are amazing, and most of it’s free.
