Won’t let me sign in

Got the app, loved it! It really does help to hold me accountable but it was glitching really bad one day and then it signed me out and now it’s claiming I don’t have an account. I paid for a full year and now I can’t access it.

Loved the app for two days

Started with the trial for $5.99 had a couple glitches. Reported it to Google. When it worked it was awesome! Wouldn’t turn on in the morning, glitched throughout the morning. I reported it to Google couple days later it deleted my data. I was over 7 days in a fast.(and I did have a back up app for Fasting so I didn’t lose my information) I had to request my money back $29.99 +$5.99 refunded. Will definitely try again at a later date because I think the app has just what I needed to keep me focused and moving forward.

All fine for the first couple weeks

I purchased the 3 month plan and not even a month into it and it won’t even come up. It keeps crashing. Not happy! Update. I updated the app and now all my previous info is gone, and it won’t recognize my email address
