They do not update their outage systems, refuse to allow downgrades via the app because it’s a scheme so less people will do it (you have to call them during business hours but you can upgrade just fine without that, such a scam) and their service has been terrible since I’ve had them. Wish I had another isp in this town stuck with this garbage till something better pops up. If you have any other options don’t use this or this hardly functional app. 0/5 if I cluld

This company treats it customers with little to no respect for their time or their efforts. Having to drive into the office to get things cleared up when their automated chat system won’t even attempt to help you or read what your sending them

We've been in this service area since 1984. During this time we've had multiple Internet service providers. Sparklight's pricing, performance and support is by far the best of any ISP we've ever had. I've just downloaded the Sparklight app and taken a quick look. It looks to have everything needed to determine billing, outages and health of the system. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have had no difficulty logging in to the app or to the website account. I pay via the website each and every month without any issues whatsoever. Congratulations to Sparklight management, staff and to the web and app development teams, and thank you for excellent Internet service at a very reasonable price.

It won’t let me login.

I’ve had spark light for about two years ish I’ve never had to use the app the went to the app for everything and I can’t even log into it here recently the internet has been bad as well and they want me to pay a whole bill for internet I’ve not been able to use constantly for a month bc it keeps shutting off and failing or lose connection on the hard cable I’ve had techs out 3 times and now about to have one come out the 4th time this month so I’m about done
