The app is terrible and does not work when you try to connect to the printer and print something it says device authorization failed then you call the customer service line and it’s a random lady that doesn’t even speak English nor can help you. All in all a Terrible app and printer. I would stay away at all costs will be returning this and getting my money back cause this was a waste of three hours of my life.

Can’t see all my photos??? I have allowed full access, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, restarted my phone literally everything and still nothing?

I am writing this review because the app support link is not in english, and i frustrated. i have been enjoying my mini printer, but the most recent update has limited the ability of my photos on my phone to sync. its a clear bug, it worked fine before, and my app permissions are set correctly. this has completely ruined my ability to use the printer, and is very upsetting. hopefully they will fix this bug soon.

For the price, this is great. I would love to see the option of additional graphics, borders, etc that you could purchase. It’s easy to set up and print, I see it being used a lot.
