Won’t let me log in

It won’t me log in and I know my password and user name are correct!

Verification email did not arrive

Tried a few times qualifying passwords until one finally worked, but haven’t gotten the verification email after waiting for an hour.

I have all of my login information typed out correctly and check multiple times before logging in and it won’t do anything!!! I need to pay my bill soon and it’s making it very difficult to do so!! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP REGULARLY!!!!!

login failed

just like other reviews, the app will not let me login using my CORRECT credentials. THE DEVELOPER HAS NOT UPDATED THE EXPERIENCE. no option to change password. so now i guess i just have to accept my bill with no oversight. Pay for a competent app developer and/or think about how to actually keep your customers. BC i’m gone if this isn’t fixed…. soon!
