I am very satisfied each time I have to come and utilize this wonderful site. I’m never left guessing when someone will assist, it just gets done! No red tape and very time efficient. Thank you so much for proving such a wonderful experience each time and being here when I need you guys!
It’s been 3 days now and I’ve yet to have them send in my perscription. Of course they took the $40 payment right away. I can’t get in contact with anyone to see what’s happening or even get a refund. I’ve sent 4 messages to them with no responses. Disgusting service. Stay away.
I literally gave them a glowing 5 star review not too long ago. Now I have to update my review and change them to a one star. Recently (01/03) request a prescription refill for a heart med they put me on and were adamant about me not missing a dose or stopping abruptly to the potential for negative side effects. Not only have they taken my $, they have not refilled the script and tomorrow is my last dose…they also have only replied to my numerous contacts with (paraphrasing) “ we are busy due to the holiday”….okay so how long does it take to refill a script I already have been approved for for years…not even a new prescription. Due to this situation I reluctantly but sincerely have to give them a one star. This is insane to do to somebody.
